Richard McNally
Richard began his career as a trader in interest rate futures, equities, derivatives and commercial property futures. He moved into venture capital as Chief Research and Investment Officer and a board member at Niche Invest, backing companies from seed onwards. He has also structured billion-pound forward-flow funding capacity for UK lenders, and founded High Elm to advise founders and owners on strategy and capital, and to invest alongside them. He follows the global economy, interest rates and geopolitics closely, and forms his own view, often against the consensus.

Alex started his career in the UK private investment sector in 2014. For six years he worked as COO alongside Richard at Niche Invest, before relocating with his family to Dubai. Since then, he has worked with individuals, families and high-net-worth clients at very different stages of their lives, building investment portfolios.
